Liminal Scope, by the studio Hovver, set three large rings of light in a line through a hall of the post-office building, positioned so that a visitor standing at one end saw the rings fall into alignment as a single form, then walked forward and passed between them as the form came apart. A custom soundscape followed the movement. The work is about the threshold named in its title: the point at which a figure seen from a distance becomes a space one is inside.

It is documented here through the studio's own site, NYLON's coverage of the edition and the surviving curatorial record; the archive holds no photograph of the installation.
