Pleasure 2 is a Houston group that Free Press Houston described as “Houston’s own Indian Jewelry spinoff,” and whose sound it variously called free-form groove noise, groove-based psych, and new wave and glam rock. The archive holds its Free Press Summer Fest appearance in 2014. Listings from 2014 to 2016 show the group on bills at Fitzgerald’s and elsewhere, sometimes with B L A C K I E, and one called it among the most underrated acts in Houston.
