Robert Ellis is a Houston-raised country and songwriter figure whom Free Press Houston called “Houston’s own Robert Ellis” and, in 2016, a “future country legend.” The archive holds his appearances at Westheimer Block Party in 2009 and Free Press Summer Fest in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2015, as well as bills at Fitzgerald’s.
