A record enters this index only where the recovered object establishes an interview: a title that states one, a question-and-answer transcript in the recovered text, or an editor's note that introduces the piece as one. Music writing is not counted as an interview because of its subject, and editorial production correspondence held by the archive is never treated as publication.
