The smallest of these aids, and intentionally so. An object appears only where its own held record names him: a photographer's caption, a broadcaster's segment note, or outside reporting the archive already catalogues as being about him. Identity is never inferred from a filename or a thumbnail, and unpublished production correspondence is not media.
