Held object is a complete 40-page export of the December 2014 issue, made 4 December 2014 from Adobe InDesign CS4. It was circulated in the paper's own production correspondence under a stale filename reading 11.14, and several running footers still carry FPH 11.14 inherited from the November template; the p.3 staff box and every editorial page read FPH 12.14, and the contents are unambiguously December 2014. Page one is an art-only pre-press cover state: it carries the full-page Houston skyline and nativity artwork with no masthead or issue number set on it, so no issue number is recorded here.
