LIQUID

Category: Clothing and costume retail
Ads held: 1 · 2005.10b (appearances in held issues, not opening or closing dates)
Status: Location closed. The former Montrose retail space was being converted to Stone’s Throw by March 2013. The last day of LIQUID trading and the later status of its separately advertised FM 1960 branch are not established. LIQUID, Boondocks, and later Roswell's appear under 1417 Westheimer across sources, but Eater explicitly describes LIQUID's former space as adjacent to Boondocks. Preserve separate units and entities; do not collapse these into one uninterrupted occupancy chain. Checked 2026-10-07.

Address history in held ads

The October 2005 secondary issue promotes LIQUID at 1417 Westheimer and also lists a separate FM 1960 address. March 2008 and August 2010 Boondocks ads print 1417 Westheimer. These ad transcriptions do not record suites. Building-level co-location does not establish that the businesses occupied the same unit or operated in sequence.
