Identity basis: the August 2005 Calico Print Co. ad and the March 2008 Calico Tee Shirts ad share the uncommon Calico printing name and a printed 1974 claim; the 2005 ad names Mickey Phoenix and the 2008 ad prints mickey@calicotee.com. The Luckie School House site identifies Mickey Phoenix’s Calico Print Company. This supports a catalogued brand identity only, not a legal or ownership continuity; the ad’s 1002 Palmer and the site’s 1004 Palmer are kept separate. Luckie School House, “About”, 2010-03-08

Dates are ad appearances in held issues, not openings, closings or continuous occupancy.
