Houston-based artist David McGee inaugurates DiverseWorks´ 25th year by creating a massive installation featuring sculpture, painting, and video depicting the essence of 25 years of DiverseWorks´ history. Using references from Miguel de Cervantes´s Don Quixote, McGee´s works capture the dreamland that Quixote lived in, the place that DiverseWorks represents to contemporary artists and the major impact it has made to the arts in Houston and beyond.
