Rail on Westheimer?

Well-there is a group of folks out there that are proponents of rail on Westheimer and have concocted some amazing photoshop work to help Houstonians envision such a prospect. Whoever did this stuff is alot better than the dolt at the State Department that is in charge of the fake Osama videos.
