    "Office Manager · Revenue, Payouts and Artist Reimbursements — Free Press Summer Fest"
  ],
  "span": "",
  "note": "Tina Ozcelik, Omar Afra's sister, was one of the quiet pillars of Free Press Summer Fest's early operations. Working as the festival's de facto office manager and back-office financial hand, she handled incoming revenues, payouts and band and artist reimbursements in the years when festival accounting was still heavily cash-based and every settlement demanded trust, precision and composure. In a young organisation learning the mechanics of a major festival in real time, she brought order and calm to the part of the operation where mistakes become expensive fastest. The family relationship did not make the work ceremonial: the responsibility was real and it was hers.\n\nHer later career makes that aptitude unsurprising. She went on to build The Eye Gallery into one of Houston's leading independent luxury-eyewear businesses, with an internationally oriented buying practice and a reputation for distinctive frames from independent designers abroad.\n\nThe later-career facts are drawn from the published sources listed on this page: The Eye Gallery's own about page records her Houston upbringing, her University of Houston degree in Biology and Physical Science, her progression through eyewear retail and buying into the luxury niche, and the opening of her first store in 2008; SheShe Show records that she has worked in the eyewear industry since 1995 and travels internationally for design, citing her attendance at SILMO Paris.",
